The Executive Board publishes the minutes of its meetings so that the workings of the Board and the decisions it makes are transparent for the membership that it represents. The following is a summary of the main items from these meetings. Further details are available in the minutes. 124th Meeting - The Executive Board met to discuss organisational developments at the RIPE NCC 125th Meeting - The Executive Board evaluated the different options for the redistribution of the RIPE NCC 2019 financial surplus - The Executive Board approved proposed amendments to the RIPE NCC Articles of Association to be put to the General Meeting in October 2019 - The Executive Board approved a resolution to restrict membership applications submitted on behalf of former members in cases where the RIPE NCC Standard Service Agreement was terminated in accordance with Article 9.4.h ("if the Member provides the RIPE NCC with falsified or misleading data or provides the RIPE NCC repeatedly with incorrect data") - The Executive Board approved the publication of the Draft RIPE NCC Activity Plan and Budget 2020 - The Executive Board approved the agenda for the RIPE NCC General Meeting October 2019 126th Meeting - The Executive Board approved the following resolution: "The RIPE NCC Executive Board resolves that it accepts the role of appointing the Nomination Committee (NomCom) chair and of confirming the selections made by the NomCom; this is according to the procedures outlined in "The RIPE Chair Selection Process" (ripe-727) and "The RIPE Nominating Committee" (ripe-728)."
