On behalf of our Executive Board, I invite you to register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) October 2025, taking place 22-24 October 2025 online and at the JW Marriott Grand Hotel in Bucharest alongside RIPE 91.

Note: You must enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your RIPE NCC Access account to register. Follow the instructions after clicking the link if you have not set this up.

The General Meeting will be held onsite and online. As a member, you can:

- Join us in Bucharest or participate remotely via Meetecho
- Vote electronically on GM resolutions
- Follow the meeting via livestream
- Take part in the chat

You must register to attend and vote. We will send the links to the livestream, Meetecho and voting platform to registered participants on the day of the meeting.

Agenda

At this GM, we will discuss the Draft Activity Plan and Budget 2026, outlining our proposed plans for the coming year and how we intend to resource them. All supporting documents, the full agenda and proposed resolutions will be published by 8 October 2025.

Register to vote

If you wish to attend and vote, you must register by 22 October at 14:00 (UTC+3). If you have not registered to vote by this deadline, you will *not* be able to vote.

Proxy voting

You can be represented by a third party who is not an authorised member contact or director of your organisation. If you wish to do this, please fill in the proxy form and send it to us by 8 October 2025. Any proxy forms sent to us after this date will not be valid.
