There will be one resolution to vote on regarding the redistribution of the 2024 surplus/deficit to the membership in 2025.

All registered attendees will receive a link to the online meeting platform Meetecho where you can ask questions and chat to fellow attendees. 

Voting on resolutions is done electronically through the voting platform Assembly Voting. All registered and eligible voters will receive two emails from Assembly Voting at approximately 15:30 (UTC+1) on Wednesday 30 October. One email will include a link to the platform and the other will include your registration code you will need to login to vote.

Onsite participants will need to check in and collect their GM sticker from the GM Help Desk to be able to enter the room for the General Meeting. The GM Help Desk is open from 09:00-18:00 today and tomorrow.
