Dear RIPE NCC members, In this edition of the Member Update, we invite you all to register for our next General Meeting, which takes place alongside RIPE 85 in Belgrade in October. We encourage all members to participate and make their voices heard. Registry -- LIR Stats Number of LIRs: 23,739 (+7) Number of members: 20,414 (+4) LIRs with IPv6: 16,774 (+36) IPv4 addresses transferred in July: 791,552 (-3,886,080) 2. Information Services -- New RIPE NCC Service Announcements Dashboard Visit our new dashboard to see any incidents or maintenance affecting our network and services, or if you are experiencing any issues with our services. The dashboard is hosted completely outside of the RIPE NCC’s infrastructure so we can continue reporting even in the event of a major outage: https://status.ripe.net/ -- Improved Abuse Contact Finder API We have updated the data call for RIPEstat’s Abuse Contact Finder. The latest version provides faster responses and has added support for IP ranges: https://stat.ripe.net/docs/02.data-api/abuse-contact-finder.html -- Update to New RIPEstat UI Our newest update to RIPEstat’s UI has a clickable calls listing for the Data API, improved history navigation, bug fixes and more: https://stat.ripe.net/docs/03.RIPEstat-UI-(Current)/03-releases.html 3. Community and Engagement -- RIPE Fellowship Programme Accepting Entries Through the RIPE Fellowship Programme, we will cover the travel and accommodation costs for successful candidates to attend RIPE 85 in Belgrade from 24-28 October. Applications close on Wednesday, 31 August 2022 at 23:59 (UTC+2). Authors of winning articles will be awarded a free trip to RIPE 85. [GM] Register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting October 2022

Dear RIPE NCC members, On behalf of our Executive Board, I invite you to register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) October 2022. You can register to participate and vote at: https://my.ripe.net/#/meetings/active The GM will take place from 26-28 October at the Metropol Palace Hotel in Belgrade adjacent to the RIPE 85 Meeting. For those who would like to participate remotely, you can follow the GM via webstream, participate via chat and vote on resolutions electronically. The GM provides members with an opportunity to discuss the operations and activities of the RIPE NCC, with reports from the RIPE NCC Executive Board and Management. All supporting documents and proposed resolutions will be posted and announced to the membership by 28 September 2022. Registration for electronic voting will remain open until 14:30 (UTC+2) on the day of the GM, on 26 October 2022.
