The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) takes place today at 18:00 UTC+2.
There will be an election to fill two seats on the RIPE NCC Executive
Board and voting on nine resolutions.
REMOTE PARTICIPATION AND ELECTRONIC VOTING
Electronic voting registration will remain open until 16:00 UTC+2 if you
wish to vote electronically. You can register now at:

The GM will be webcast for remote participants at:
https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/meetings/may-2018/webstream
A chat facility will be available from the same page for those who would
like to join the discussions.
All those who registered for electronic voting will receive an email
today at approximately 18:00 UTC+2 with a link to the voting software. A
reminder will also be sent tomorrow, 17 May to all registered
participants who have not yet voted. Voting will become active at agenda
point 9 during the GM and will remain open until 09:00 UTC+2 on Friday,
18 May.
ATTENDING THE GM IN MARSEILLE
If you are in Marseille and plan to attend the GM in person, you also
need to register via the link provided above. Once you are registered,
please check in at the GM Registration Desk before 16:00 UTC+2.

There is one week left to register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting
(GM), which takes place from Wednesday, 16 May 2018 at 18:00 UTC+2. You

Almost 1,000 members have registered to vote and we hope to see this
number increase before the GM opens. Full remote participation and
voting options are provided.
Members will vote in the RIPE NCC Executive Board election. There are

Members will also vote on the following nine resolutions:
- The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2017.
- The General Meeting discharges the Executive Board with regard to its
actions as they appear from the Annual Report 2017 and Financial Report
2017.
- The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2019.
- The General Meeting approves the addition of Timothy Mahoney to the
RIPE NCC Arbiters Panel.
- The General Meeting approves the addition of Thomas Okalla to the RIPE
NCC Arbiters Panel.
- The General Meeting approves the addition of Miquel Illa Oliveras to
the RIPE NCC Arbiters Panel.
- The General Meeting approves the addition of Payam Poursaied to the
RIPE NCC Arbiters Panel.
- The General Meeting approves the addition of Sander Steffann to the
RIPE NCC Arbiters Panel.
- The General Meeting approves the dismissal of Nick Williams from the
RIPE NCC Arbiters Panel.
