[Apologies for duplicate emails] Dear colleagues, We are delighted to report that the RIPE NCC Membership and Stakeholder Survey 2011, which closed on 18 June, received 1,266 responses. These responses will be extremely important in finding out the views of RIPE NCC members and other stakeholders on the direction the RIPE NCC should be taking as an organisation. An independent third party, the Oxford Internet Institute (OII), will conduct the analysis of the survey data. Any information that may identify the respondents will be removed by the OII and will not be made available to the RIPE NCC or published in the report. The results of the survey will be presented at the RIPE 63 Meeting, which takes place in Vienna, Austria from 31 October - 4 November 2011. ============ iPad winners ============ To encourage participation in the survey, the RIPE NCC offered five iPads to respondents. Last Announcement for "Run Out Fairly" Policy Implementation

[Apologies for duplicate emails] Dear colleagues, On Friday, 1 July 2011, the RIPE NCC will start allocating enough IPv4 address space to Local Internet Registries (LIRs) to meet their needs for a period of up to 3 months. We ask that you please note this change from the current 6-month period. This change is in accordance with RIPE Policy Proposal 2009-03, "Run Out Fairly". Reduced Service on RIPE NCC Website and RIPE Labs

RIPE NCC Membership and Stakeholder Survey: Deadline Extended

[Apologies for duplicate emails] Dear colleagues, We are extending the deadline for you to participate in the RIPE NCC Membership and Stakeholder Survey 2011 until Tuesday, 14 June at 23:59 UTC. The survey can be found at: https://www.ripe.net/survey2011 This survey will be crucial for the RIPE NCC in determining its strategy for the years ahead. There are still four iPads to be given to respondents to the survey. The prize winners will be drawn at random by the OII, and the winners will be announced after the survey closes. The Oxford Internet Institute (OII) will analyse the results, and all identifying information will be removed before the data is given to the RIPE NCC.
