RE: [myasntesting] origin alarms / PI
Is it me or there is not much work being done with this project ? I have the same issues as described below and even when signing up the AS it takes a long time for someone to respond. -----Original Message----- From: Joerg Schumacher [mailto:schuma@gaertner.de] Sent: Friday, May 14, 2004 10:16 AM To: myasntesting@ripe.net Subject: [myasntesting] origin alarms / PI Hi, we just signed up and got our first origin alarm. Configured prefix: 194.120.234.0/24 prefix causing the alarm: 194.120.0.0/14 194.120.234.0/24 has status: ASSIGNED PI. Origin alarms for PI networks due to a less specific prefix aren't really useful. It's a prototype. Looks like a new myASn version is in the queue.
I have the same issues as described below
Did you send feedback to myastesting@ripe.net?

I have no idea how I became subscribed to this list. Can someone please mention the purpose of this list? Thanks, Joe
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi there, It's a "mailing list for comments and other communication between internal developers and external application testers regarding the MyASn prototype". All the requests for myASn accounts are added to this list. However, if you would prefer to be taken off the list and/or have the test account deleted then just let me know. See URL: http://www.ripe.net/mailman/ myASn tutorial: http://www.ripe.net/ris/Talks/myAS_TUTORIAL_MEGABIT.pdf (the inteface will change significantly in the beta) The beta, which is still in the pipeline, will be announced within the next 3-4 weeks. Watch this space for more info. Kind regards, Matthew Williams ---
