Dear Colleagues,
The MyASN service did not send e-mail notifications for alarms from
23 October 2006, 16:00 (UTC) until 24 October 2006, 15:45 (UTC).
The service has now been restored.
All alarms have been detected and e-mail notifications, if any, will be
sent out. Syslog notifications have not been delayed.
It may be several hours before all e-mail notifications have been sent.
This problem was caused by scheduled RIS maintenance on 23 October 2006.
We are currently improving our monitoring system to reduce the time it
takes to notice outages like these.
