I agree, too. This is actually part of my proposal for fee calculation, which is also philosophically aligned to the "wiwi proposal" which was well received and discussed not long ago. Looking back, I see a broad feeling towards "the bigger the use (of resorces), the higher the fee". I merely proposed a simple mathemathical formula to take all the relevant parameters into account.
