Increase amount of bots in the mailling list
Hi Guys: Seriously, it is not first time people complaint about it,please, unsubscribe your ticket system from the mailing list, it is really annoying every time I sent out a reply I get 10 auto responds. Should we ask RIPE NCC add field in the new member application form says "members discussion mailing list Email: ", in which specially quote "no auto responds allowed in the list". Dear Lu, I am contacting the auto-responders to ask them to fix this. We do this regularly to try to limit the amount of people who subscribe in this way. There are much fewer nowadays, although we aim to eliminate all auto-responders. We also request on the subscription page that people do not subscribe automated ticketing system addresses to the mailing list: https://www.ripe.net/participate/member-support/info/membership-mailing-list... please RIPE NCC, just add the subscribed address to the footer, since when a list e-mail is forwarded to a support queue (from former workers) the helldesk slave can’t even unsubscribe, as he/she doesn’t know the address of the subscription. If you would add an unsubscribe link in clear, we could even unsubscribe most ticket systems, as they quote the e-Mail in full in their response :) best regards Matthias Subik
