Yes you are correct. Space allocated to us by other LIR`s. Like already said we reported this to the ripe consultant who came to Bucharest. I explained for over 2 hour this issue to him. Like i said to the consultant, ripe ncc never notified an end user and told him that the lir can take the allocated space back.
