Its not about making sense. My personal experience, and no reflection on the motivations of the Dutch Authorities and of course in no way implying anything with respect to the subject matter (and all other disclosures and legal liability limitations), is that people don't really understand what we do and why or our 'impact' and control level. This has, on several incidents, been VERY beneficial to the membership. In others, such as this, a request that we may or may not feel is right would come in and then we have to deal with it.
