In the first stage there should be two options: Stage 1: Option 1: “The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2024 based on category model (Option A) Option 2: “The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2024 based on non-category model (Option B,C,D) Stage 2: This stage should be taken into account if Option 2 wins.
