We are a sponsoring LIR for other company and that company seems to want
to terminate the agreement - that is perfectly fine with us however they
seem a bit... lost.

Thus a question arises - what is the procedure if they do terminate
agreement with us but neglect to get another LIR to sponsor them?

I did remind their sysadmin about that issue but I suspect they might
have a bit of a problem with internal communication between financial
and IT.
