I'm think Google have the power for speeding up IPv4 --> IPv6 migrations. If Google will rank a little bit up the IPv6 accessible webpages in the search engines, almost all of the webpage owners (including the SEO guys) will cry for IPv6 access asap. From my view it's a similar possibility what we got in the https vs http ranking up. What do You think?
