I searched, did not found discussions on these ideas, especially where you was participating. I would be grateful if you provided the community with such links in order to better get understanding of technical sides, pros/cons and etc. It's essential since you want the power to implement these ideas. And important nuance, as I wrote earlier, such power to implement technical ideas is required in very exceptional cases, when the idea cannot be implemented in a normal way(and someone tried to implement normal way).
