same here, sent to ripe and abuse contact from the RIPE database. IP Broker Ltd. told me I had an unused IPv4 prefix, because it's not routed globally. The prefix in question is an IXP peering LAN prefix... Spamming from IPv4 Brokers should really be stopped, because this IMHO is a violation of the policies.
