The examples at the GM given were 50 EUR/year, 100 EUR/year and something else. I think that gave enough indication, of where they were proposing to go.

Those were examples/indications at the GM held at 6th of May 2009, while the PI policy 2007-01 is in effect since 3rd of March 2009. And even now the charging scheme for 2010 is still a draft, it should have been final at the introduction of PI policy 2007-01 at 3rd of March.
