Dear Sergey, I did double check the dates with the team. All supporting documents for the GM will be published on 30 September, exactly four weeks before the GM opens on 28 October. (The RIPE Meeting starts earlier but the AoA refers to the GM on the 28 October) A draft agenda will also be made available on 30 September. The final agenda and any resolutions proposed by members will be published two weeks prior to the GM, on 14 October (as per AoA 15.6). Previous years we have published the documents even earlier and we plan to keep that tradition. Hope that clarifies, Kind Regards Managing Director Hans Petter Holen

Dear Hans Petter,
There are some confusing dates in your message:
Important Dates and Deadlines 2 Sep - Invitation to register for GM and voting 30 Sep - GM documents published 14 Oct - Deadline for proxy vote nominations 14 Oct - Deadline for members to propose resolutions 14 Oct - Deadline to publish final agenda 28 Oct - GM begins with main meeting (18:00 UTC+1)
RIPE-739, AoA: 15.1 The Executive Board shall send the convocations for the General Meeting, including the agenda containing the subjects for the General Meeting, a URL to the verbatim text of the proposed resolutions and, if applicable, the draft Activity Plan and draft budget, to the Members at least _four_weeks_ before the Meeting...
As far as I understand, the agenda and resolutions should be published by 28 September, is this correct?
Thanks.
