True, but that's not related to the cost of the RIPE NCC anymore, so why should it be relevant to the costs paid?
well because it should be relevant to the "size" of the LIR and not saying that we should NOT consider also incentives or other metrics in the same equation. the other option to not make the fee "flat rate" (which I personally do not like because it's simply a barrier) is to ask how much revenues are coming from the IP services, which is not so pratical -- Ing.
