Hello, there was discussion about this topic during general meeting (GM) yesterday. Each member had opportunity to participate here - in person, or remotely (online). It's transparent process. There’s no reason I can imagine beside exploitation of the rules to have more than one LIR in one organization.
So what could be a valid reason to postpone this decision for 2 weeks?

I think it is reasonable to hold this decision for 2 weeks. Many companies planned their work and they cannot make any changes in their work so fast. There were not any notifications.
