This is not true. The current executive board consists of people who’s day jobs are: Four members from small organizations: 1 TLD Operator 1 University 1 Small IXP Operator 1 NREN Only three that can be called ‘large entity’ when you stretch the imagination a bit: 1 Medium-sized ISP 2 Large CDNs I doubt that any of the large ones really cares if their LIR bill is 5.000 EUR or 20.000 EUR as they easily spend 1000x or 10000x that amount to put those IPs to work.
