I totally agree with the requirement for a strong and correct registry. Nonetheless, RS response times for really simple things ("I want an IPv6 network, for an established LIR, no doubts on identity") have also not been exactly SLA compliant - "holding up all the easy requests because there are concurrent complicated ones" is not making happy customers.
