I support the sale/purchase of IP blocks on the RIPE platform.

I'd personally prefer RIPE to act as a market and escrow intermediary between buyers and sellers.

It would be much healthier to have all the blocks listed for sale and being able to buy risk-free directly on the RIPE platform.
