I would like to see the shutdown of internet to Russia. Shutdown of all LIR's connected to Russia  and I would like all the ip-resources taken back from Russia. 
There is no point letting them use the resources that Europe gives them. Let them fall into a isolated country without any access to resources from the rest of the world.
Let them freeze let them have no money. Let them have no access or ability to travel to any nice warm country.

Just shut them down.
