If the natural persons are jointly (not severally) liable and authorized to act for the entity alone, it's fine to name only the one partner that signed. There are no one-person-OHGs, an OHG always consists of at least 2 natural persons, therefore this is incorrect.
Please fix respectively roll back to how it was originally.
You really need external help. Please hire a German lawyer/consultant.
