At the moment it seems that opening additional LIR accounts by a member is not a problem (to me), and there are some benefits for current members, too.
The way I interpret the public data, it seems that the allocation rate has diminished slightly since "multiple accounts per LIR" has been suspended. However, more accurate data will only be available during the next weeks, since december to mid-january is a "seasonal low" that may not be reperesentative. -- Radu-Adrian FEURDEAN fr.ccs
