"you" builded whole thing and of course most likely and its crystal clear that you benefited from this. If you really would care too much about this build that "you" did for "us" to grant that much from your "build" be fair and accept the reality and implement a policy like other RIRs based on resource holder! Why are you so strongly against this if "you" builded for us?!

That's back to "I want everyone else to pay more, and I want to pay less".

So, a reasonable compromise seems to be "all members pay the same", and
this is what members vote for, multiple times.
