New ridiculous restrictions was added last months by RIPE NCC. Most of them I find useless and they do not help RIPE NCC to reach the goal they want. This goal is to avoid fake requests from LIRs as I understood. But I am sure that RIPE NCC is experienced enough to do that without tighten nuts. -- Juri +7 (499) 346-76-29
