Hello List,
after the migration from RTT to Zendesk some while ago, it seems it is still not yet possible
for members/LIRs to view previous tickets and a particular ticket's message history. Why?
- AFAIK Zendesk provides widgets which could be integrated into
my.ripe.net aka. the LIR portal.
- Another possibility might be SSO-based auth and customer frontend access to
ripencc.zendesk.com.
Just my five cents.
