please RIPE NCC, just add the subscribed address to the footer, since when a list e-mail is forwarded to a support queue (from former workers) the helldesk slave can’t even unsubscribe, as he/she doesn’t know the address of the subscription. If you would add an unsubscribe link in clear, we could even unsubscribe most ticket systems, as they quote the e-Mail in full in their response :) best regards Matthias Subik
