So if one day there is no more IPv4 in NCC free pool, do you think it would be good time to go towards a different model?

Because if you reduce the fee for a "I only have one /22" LIR to close
to zero, next week someone will just open 500 new LIRs and grab 500 x /22,
and the rest of the IPv4 space is gone.
There is a reason why the /22s are not "free for all" anymore - and this
is "so the next company that needs addresses has a chance to get *some*".
