From me there was ony a single e-mail sent.

I can't be 100% sure but I did my best not to send two e-mails to the same person even if I've found more subnets that were not used and had the same contact.

That sounds quite reasonable. However, i received this mail six times,
regarding our last /22 allocated on September 22 and announced a few
days after. That does not seem so reasonable after all.
