
Hi Gert, AGM can be initially used to implement influence, but two times a year with highest bureaucratic procedures is not a real influence we need now. This statement is blatantly wrong, and you are aware of that.
If the NCC management / board are indeed not listening to you, you can (as a member) put it as a voting item on the next AGM agenda.
Now, if most of your LIR colleagues disagree with you, that's the problem with voting.
