Look, i really don't need to argue with you because it's worthless it's not just AfriNIC but all the RIRs require almost the same. And, do me a favour, find me the statistic that the LIRs from other RIRs moved to RIPE just because of price per resource holder.

This is, again, a factually incorrect statement.

There is one global Internet, so there is no "using resource in just one
region" anyway - but all RIRs (maybe except AfriNIC) acknowledge that
multinational corporations exist, and might have their membership office
in the region of RIR A, and some/part/all of their network in the region
of RIR B.  Or "worldwide".

The statistics about transfers between the RIRs are posted by the RIRs,
so you do not need to wonder, you can just look it up.
