Hi Hank, The word 'savings' here was meant to be 'changes' to reflect adjustments in the budget rather than reductions. Unfortunately, this update was missed in the draft version. In this document, you can learn about our plans for next year and shape the direction we take as an organisation.
In response to members’ questions about our budget, we have included more detailed information in this document about the main costs for each activity and about the staff costs in the RIPE NCC overall. We have also included key takeaways and defined commitments to ensure members can clearly understand the goals of our activities for the coming year. We will also publish two RIPE Labs articles that look at our plans and budget in more detail.

The document will be discussed at the General Meeting (GM) alongside RIPE 89 and in the RIPE NCC Services Working Group on Wednesday, 30 October 2024. The Executive Board will consider all feedback on our activities before approving the final version that will be published in December 2024.
