Agree, such documents could not confirm organisation status.
I sugest persons should use real person id, if legal company status is not valid. Or any other people can issue own Republic and create any document by thier own?

Hi.
Does it mean the RIPE NCC staff approved the documents issued in Russia with registered address in Lugansk? If I understand correctly Lugansk is not occupied/annexed officially. It’s a part of Ukraine and any provided ’non-Ukrainian’ document is a useless scrap of paper.
I don’t understand how is it possible to approve same documents? What is LIR registration based on?
