Hi, I am not sure if this or ncc-services-wg is the best place for this but I have now 2 times recently gotten this reply from the NCC for not being able to reply to my ticket within 24h. > Due to a very high workload, we were unable to process your request at this time and will process it the following business day. I really don't get the point of doing this, there is an auto reply confirming you have received my email so if I don't get a reply within 24h I assume that you had too many tickets or it is a holiday or something. I mainly also wanted to ask if others are also receiving this? -Cynthia

LIR contact spam

Hi, I just received an email from a @gmail.com address to my LIR contact address that is not used for anything else except maybe some other related object in the RIPE DB. In the email it appears they just want to buy a /22 and a /23, and how they say what method they want to use for payment, and that they can use whatsapp. My question is, has anyone else received this same email or was it just a one-off? And also, this is not the first email of this kind that I have received but I assume there is nothing much you can do other than to just mark them as spam? I am just asking as ARIN wanted to collect the Cogent spam emails I think, but I assume RIPE NCC has nothing similar for LIR contact spam in general (such as a "whois spammer list")? -Cynthia

Removal of Belastingdienst from the mailing list

Hi all, There have been many complaints about this on the list already, but Belastingdienst is still sending automated ticket responses to the mailing list. The emails don't even just go to the sender of the email, but to the entire mailing list. Can we give them an official deadline for until when they have to fix this or be removed from the mailing list? Matthias Merkel
