There is a marked value of IPv4 because people are willing to pay for it. Everyone on this list has influence - ensure your services are IPv6 enabled, ensure your vendors know that you wont be buying any component or service that has no IPv6 support, or where IPv6 support costs extra. Make sure your customers have IPv6 on your offerings, automatic, without waiting for "customers asking for it". This will take some effort, and will be annoying at times (because you have this wonderful service offering that would be perfect - except not having v6, so you need to decide what you find more important) - but over time, will make a difference, and v4 will become irrelevant.
