Optimization means a lottery for layoffs for ordinary employees, and a bonus for a top manager. Or as it is called effective management. The top manager sees that everything is working and it is possible to reduce costs (lay off) some of the ordinary employees and live without knowing the problems. We urgently need to restore the data, transfer the data back to our servers, and there are no employees who had competence in this matter anymore.
