Dear Sir/Madam,
We have available EN590 10ppm fuel oil, petroleum coke (petcoke), and ESPO for immediate delivery to all China ports on a CIF basis through our reliable refinery from Kazakhstan or Russia.
This allocation is for only serious and capable buyers willing to buy the product immediately, following our transaction procedure pasted below.
Note: We are the title holders of this allocation and will supply it to the first ready buyer that declares interest in the product.

1. Buyer issues ICPO with company letterhead, buyer’s information, passport copy, and banking information.

2. Seller issues draft contract (open for any amendments) to Buyer. Buyer signs, seals, and returns the draft contract to the seller for final endorsement. The seller gives partial proof of products.

3. Within 7 banking days, the buyer’s bank sends DLCMT700 according to the seller’s fiduciary bank verbiage to the seller's nominated fiduciary offshore bank account for the first month shipment. Should the buyer fail to issue a payment instrument within 7 banking days, the buyer makes a deposit of $220,000 USD from the total product cost by TT wire transfer for a security guarantee to enable the seller to charter a vessel and commence shipment, and this payment will be deducted
from the total cost of the product after inspection at the discharge port. The seller’s bank issues full POP documents to the buyer’s bank alongside the 2% performance bond (PB).

4. Shipment commences as per the signed contract delivery schedule, and the shipment should arrive at the buyer’s discharge port within 5-15 days. The SGS inspection will be borne by the seller at the loading seaport and the buyer at the unloading seaport.
货物将按照合同交货期进行装运，货物应在5-15天内到达买方卸货港。卖方负责在装货港进行SGS检验，买方负责在卸货港进行SGS检验。
5. Buyer releases payment to Seller by TT/MT103 upon receipt of the shipping documents and confirmation of the Q & Q by SGS/CIQ at the destination port.
买方在收到装运单据及目的港 SGS/CIQ 确认 Q&Q 后，通过 TT/MT103 向卖方付款。
6. Seller pays commission within 48 hours by swift MT103 to all intermediaries as signed NCNDA/IMPFA, and the monthly shipment continues.
卖方在 48 小时内通过 swift MT103 向所有中介机构支付佣金，并签署 NCNDA/IMPFA，每月发货继续。
