I had the same situation and chose to be patient. I think the current policy is unnecessary; I have no issue with requiring that all invoices be paid, but I would suggest changing the wording to require that all sent invoices must be paid.

I’d suggest amending this to: only issued invoices outside payment terms. I.e., the following should not be an impediment to any RIPE NCC services: No invoices issued by RIPE NCC. Invoices issued but not past due. - Barry
