[measure-voip] VoIP - Packet loss measurement/experiment results

Hello! Attached you find a short evaluation on "packet loss" experiments and measurements papers I have found in the Internet. Although only a few of them deal directly with VoIP packet loss I think its good to know something on the current state of knowledge in terms of packet loss. Ciao Kurt
