As I indicated during the week I believe that this is the right direction for the NCC and the project to be taking. There is a significant financial aspect, of course, which can't be ignored, but if Atlas is reach its potential and to bolster the NCC's other monitoring work, an ambitious expansion verges towards the necessary.
