Howdy, We've got some preliminary results already: https://labs.ripe.net/Members/jsq/the-big-medical-drop-in-spamrankings.net Medical organizations cleaned up their act and at least one considers the rankings additional incentive to not send outbound spam and to deploy additional security measures to prevent it.
