[mat-wg] Another view of Egypt falling off the net

This view shows paths to six selected nodes inside Egypt, before and during the disconnection: https://www.internetperils.com/perilwatch/20110127.php The timing matches what RIPE saw, and the order matches what Renesys saw. This view is not based on BGP routes; it is derived from regular probes (every 15 minutes) showing hops along the way, and thus shows detail of paths from several cameras outside Egypt to the selected destinations. None of those destinations have reappeared yet. -jsq
