i know and respect the really good work of massimo and stephen.
but i am trying to think who is more likely to breathe some life into
this somewhat soggy working group. and i would suggest that this is the
primary criterion we should stress.
aside from a strong technical contribution, maybe massimo has shown more
leadership in this space.
