[mat-wg] DNS & SSL certificate measurements available as RIPE Atlas UDMs

Dear MAT-WG, I am happy to announce DNS & SSL certificate measurements, a new addition to the RIPE Atlas UDMs, making it in total 4 types of customized measurements available to RIPE Atlas hosts & RIPE NCC members.
