[mat-wg] Thanks for the measurement

Dear Colleagues, It is again me, Andrei Sukhov from Samara National Research University, Russia. I would like to thank the Measurement Analysis and Tools Working Group (MAT WG) for the opportunity to make measurements. For our research we have used the measurements systems like RIPE test Box and RIPE Atlas. The result of our research became a generating function for the network delay.
