[mat-wg] RIPE Atlas probes now on Five Continents

Dear colleagues, RIPE Atlas probes are now active on five continents. After the big run on the measurement probes during the RIPE Meeting in Rome, the deployment is a little slower than expected; but there is a steady stream of probes coming online.
